Green roof project in Barcelona

Recently the Life Terra team visited a fantastic green roof project in the center of Barcelona on top of a school called "Et posem verda".

As part of the curriculum kids can grow their vegetables and fresh fruit (hydroponic) which is very rewarding for them. Part of the building's energy is generated with PV and they have installed insect hotels and a lot of different vegetation to boost local biodiversity.
