Adyen Marks UK's First Life Terra Planting

Adyen’s World Tree Day volunteering event in the United Kingdom also marked the first Life Terra planting event in the UK. While the day started off rainy, the weather cleared up once the enthusiastic planters from Adyen showed up.

We planted on Conygree farm, which is a 180 acre organic and regenerative farm in the heart of the Cotswolds on the National Trust’s Sherborne Park Estate. Before we started planting, the landowner, Jonathan, showed the group around his farm and explained regenerative agriculture and its importance to them. Jonathan and his wife aim to build soil, restore wildlife habitat and connect with our local community through healthy food and fun experiences in nature. The Adyen group planted almost 250 trees of different species that will create a biodiverse shelter belt, which will provide habitat for many different animals and other plants. It was a fruitful day where everyone enjoyed their time in nature and learned a lot about regenerative agriculture and taking climate action.

Thank you Adyen for an amazing kick-off of Life Terra plantings in the UK and your wonderful contribution to World Planting Day!
